Rebound Health is excited to announce that we are registered Exercise Physiology providers for the NDIS. 

Based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, we are in an exciting position to improve the lives, and increase the functional capacity of individuals registered with the NDIS. 

Referral is easy - once it is demonstrated through the plan that you have funds available for Exercise Physiology under the NDIS, simply call us on (02)9907 6023, and we will arrange the relevant paperwork, and liaise with the planner.
