• We believe in learning from industry experts. That’s why we shut the clinic once per quarter and invite Specialists in to educate us all.

• We believe in taking care of our clients. So we invest $1,000 per year on upskilling every single member of our team to better equip them with the skills needed to provide best-practice care.

• We believe you should enjoy the company of the people you work with. So we have an annual retreat, quarterly culture days, and a Social Coordinator….to keep us connected!
