Dietitian & Nutritionist Northern Beaches

You deserve to feel happy and content in the body that you’re in.

Because often, the journey is just as important as the destination.

Its our aim to help our clients work towards these aspirations.

Because we care about what you put in your mouth, and how that makes you feel.

If it were simple…

There’s a perception in the world of nutrition.

The perception is that what works for one person should work for everyone.

Whether its weight loss, IBS, or the management of any chronic condition, most people try to put the same answer forward again and again.

We know that doesn’t work.

We know that people respond differently to nutritional strategies.

That’s why we focus on the person.

When we work together, we will come up with an individualised solution that you can stick to. That brings fulfilment of eating for the right reasons, and to work through specific medical conditions.

Because we want you to be happy.

Life’s too short not to be!

What to Expect

Firstly, we spend all of our time with our clients 1:1. We spend a full 60 minutes for each assessment, because we want to hear your story, and get to know you. We won’t be bouncing from client to client.

There are a few factors that determine the assessment tools we’ll use - depending on how you feel, if you have any medical conditions, or what to focus on something specifically. Whatever the case, we’ll discuss our findings, and make sure that you understand what it all means.

Then we’ll develop a treatment plan. Collaboratively.

From there, it depends on how you want to work with us. Some of our clients are excellent at taking the plan and running with it. But some need more guidance along the way. So we work with you to map out what to expect, and when to expect it!
