What is PrimeFit?
Fast-paced and large gym classes become more difficult when you’re dealing with injuries/niggles, medical conditions, are only just getting into exercise or just can’t quite keep up. On the other hand, traditional seniors exercise classes can feel too slow or easy, not challenging some people enough to improve their fitness and strength.
PrimeFit is our answer to this problem. Small, individualised group classes run by exercise physiologists for people who are looking to improve their strength, fitness, mobility and balance, and tailored to help manage your injuries, niggles and medical conditions. We run our classes in our private gym spaces so people can feel comfortable while they exercise.
What to Expect?
60 minute initial assessment to learn your story, your goals and put a plan in place together
60 minute classes run by qualified exercise physiologists
Maximum of 8 participants in each class
Two different class levels to suit each individual
Flexible payment options (direct debit or pack of 10 sessions)
