Onero™ is a 12-month evidence-based exercise program that improves bone density, muscle and physical function.
The program also includes exercises to improve balance, reduce falls and fracture risk.
The Onero™ program is closely supervised by one of our Exercise Physiologists at all times so that the program can be tailored to your needs and implemented safely
