About me:
I'm passionate about getting people fitter, stronger and pain-free. During my years working as a Physiotherapist I've developed a lot of experience in the public health setting across a range of areas. I've been lucky enough to work in major hospitals in the Intensive-Care Unit, Burns ward, musculoskeletal outpatients and post-surgical areas.
I've also specialised in cardiorespiratory care for patients with chronic lung and heart conditions within the community setting.
I'm an avid runner and played 20+ years of football so I'm well aware both professionally and personally of the common injuries involved in these spaces. I love getting everyday people back to doing what they do best - through both exercise and learning how to avoid injury!
When I'm not working - you'll see me running, enjoying a coffee, reading a crime thriller or getting in the ocean (typical Northern Beaches energy)!
