About Me
Exercise and physical activity have always been an integral part of my life. Whether it be going for a run, doing Reformer Pilates or playing a team sport, I love to get my body moving as much as I can.
Having experienced the many benefits of exercise, such as improving my mood, energy levels, muscle strength, and overall health & fitness, I wanted to dedicate my career to helping others experience those same benefits.
My goal as a clinician is to help my clients become healthier and happier individuals by providing them with tailored exercises and activities that they enjoy doing. I believe that any activity is better than none, and everyone should be able to have access to an exercise program that is both enjoyable and beneficial to them.
Building strong relationships with my clients is incredibly important to me. Whether it be providing people with a safe space to chat or having a laugh whilst exercising, I love getting to know my clients and what they are all about!
Outside of Exercise Physiology, I spend most of my time at the beach or in the sun, catching up with my family and friends, and enjoying a cheeky wine and cheese platter.
