What is CanStrong?
The Clinical Oncology Society of Australia recommends exercise as a standard component of care before, during and after cancer treatment. (REF)
At Rebound Health, we have qualified Exercise Physiologists with a special interest in assisting people during their cancer journey.
They can provide guidance on how to exercise during different phases of your cancer and treatment experience, help provide motivation to exercise during this time or provide education surrounding the importance of exercise for people with cancer.
What to Expect?
60 minute initial assessment with a qualified exercise physiologist.
This is to learn your story, your goals, perform a physical assessment and put a plan in place together.
Your follow-up plan will be individualised based on your goals. Options include:
