NDIS Coordinator & Community Outreach
Bridget’s experience is in care coordination for children with complex needs. This involves working closely with families and coordinating the intake, planning, and delivery of NDIS services to support their needs. Bridget is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their support options, and understands the intersecting factors that can impact someone's life. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, and a Bachelor of Social Science (Criminology), and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.
Your Go-To for
All things NDIS. If you are an NDIS participant, Support Coordinator or anyone else involved in an NDIS participant’s support, you can reach out to Bridget to enquire about our services and she will take you through the process. Bridget can support you by matching you with the best practitioner/s to meet your goals, and organise the appropriate assessments/reports as required by the NDIS. If you are not currently accessing the NDIS, we can also chat about ways we can support you to gain access.
As Community Outreach at Rebound, Bridget loves connecting with like-minded providers to increase our impact. As part of this role, she has started a Northern Beaches Disability Network to connect local providers and better support our community of people with a disability!
