I am very passionate about helping people reach their health and activity goals with movement and exercise. I have experienced my fair share of injuries, particularly through sport, and use my personal experience daily to help others return to health.I have a keen interest in helping people with musculoskeletal and chronic pain and have done multiple courses furthering my knowledge and experience in the area.
I take a holistic approach to health that encompasses listening to a person’s story, understanding what they’ve been through and where they want to go, a comprehensive assessment and a collaborative approach when putting together our plan.It is important to me that I help people perform at their best, whether that’s in everyday life or specific activities and sports.
It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for help improving your golf, tennis, surfing or other activities, trying to manage chronic pain or improve your mental and physical health, I help people find what’s holding them back and give them the support and guidance they need to get back to doing the important things in life.
